Sessions

My sessions reflect the client's level of readiness for the particular work. As your professional trainer, I am here for you and will be your guide. Sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes; with package rates available.

My Technique

There is no cookie-cutter approach to my fitness protocol. I utilize all genres of fitness, typically including many in one session. I tailor my sessions to my individual clients' need, level and equally as important, their psychology around fitness. 

Convenience

You Don’t Like Gyms and Wish You Could Workout at Home or Work -The good news is that I can give you an incredible workout at home or work using all kinds of portable workout equipment. Most importantly, your own body. You will be amazed at how efficient your own resistance can be when doing exercises properly.

Fitness for all Ages

My experience runs the gamut from tweens to healthy 80 year olds. I also have extensive experience working with disabled clients. I can train anyone, and everyone, anywhere!

How it works!

To get started, schedule an in person consultation where I gather all the necessary information to design your custom training program to help you reach your goals. 

Consultations include reviewing your goals/injuries, body composition analysis, functional movement screening, followed by a personalized work out.
